The 26th meeting of the Conference Executive Committee was held on October 5, 2025, at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology.

During this session, while announcing the commencement of the paper review process, the committee decided to extend the paper submission deadline due to the high level of interest and numerous requests from participants.

Additionally, the committee members discussed and exchanged views regarding the selection of contractors for organizing the conference’s accompanying exhibition.
