The 28th meeting of the Conference Executive Committee was held on October 19, 2025, at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology.

During this session, the members reviewed the progress of paper evaluations, discussed the preparation of the conference booklet and CD, and planned for the organization of the specialized exhibition.

It was also decided that an interview with the Secretary of the Scientific Committee would be conducted for information dissemination, and invitation letters for the exhibition would be sent to maritime organizations and catering services.
