The 27th meeting of the Conference Executive Committee was held on October 12, 2025, at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology.

During this session, the committee reviewed the progress made over the past week and discussed various approaches for organizing the conference’s side exhibitions, including budget estimations for each implementation method.

Additionally, the requirements for hosting the virtual segment of the conference were examined, and it was decided that the final operational proposals on this matter will be approved in the next meeting.
