The 25th meeting of the Conference Executive Committee was held on September 28, 2025, at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology.

During this session, the registration process for the conference and its associated workshops was reviewed, and it was decided that the paper evaluation process would commence under the supervision of the Scientific Committee members.

In addition, the awards for the best papers — including a certificate of appreciation and a distinguished prize — were determined. According to the resolutions of the meeting, the registration fees for the conference will be finalized and announced by next week.
