The 24th meeting of the Conference Executive Committee was held on September 21, 2025, at the Faculty of Marine Engineering, Amirkabir University of Technology.

During this session, the organization of workshops — including topics, capacities, and instructors — was reviewed, and it was decided to initiate the process of inviting international lecturers. Furthermore, the framework for the exhibitions, including their objectives, thematic focus, and target audience, was defined.

According to the resolutions of the meeting, the operational guidelines for the workshops will be prepared and presented by next week.
