The second meeting of the Scientific Committee of the Conference was held on Tuesday, September 3, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:20 PM in the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Marine Engineering at Amirkabir University of Technology, with the participation of committee members from both domestic and international universities, attending in person and virtually. During the meeting, questions and ambiguities related to the standard and the conference were raised and discussed. Additionally, the conference themes and specialized panels for categorizing submitted papers were proposed. In conclusion, the topics of the conference panels, as well as the criteria for acceptance and rejection of submitted papers, were left open for further input from colleagues.
